1. Services

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • An event booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

  • The client must provide accurate event details, including date, time, venue, guest count, and service requirements.

  • Availability of services and venues is subject to confirmation.

  • Any changes to the event requirements after confirmation may result in additional charges.

3. Payments

  • A booking advance of 50% is required to confirm the event.

  • The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Additional services or expenses requested by the client after confirmation will be charged separately.

  • Failure to make payments within the agreed time may result in cancellation or suspension of services.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • The advance/booking amount may be non-refundable once arrangements, vendors, materials, or venue bookings have been made.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation terms mentioned in the quotation or booking agreement.

  • Cancellation close to the event date may result in additional cancellation charges.

5. Rescheduling

  • Requests to change the event date are subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling may involve additional venue, vendor, transportation, accommodation, or other charges.

  • Any difference in service pricing caused by rescheduling will be payable by the client.

6. Event Venue and Permissions

The client is responsible for providing accurate venue information and obtaining any required permissions unless these responsibilities are specifically included in our services.

Any additional charges imposed by the venue, local authorities, associations, or other third parties may be payable by the client.

7. Guest Count

The client must provide an estimated guest count within the agreed timeframe.

Any increase in guest numbers may result in additional charges for catering, seating, decoration, equipment, staff, or other services.

8. Third-Party Vendors

We may work with third-party vendors such as caterers, decorators, photographers, entertainers, transport providers, venues, and equipment suppliers.

While we make reasonable efforts to work with reliable vendors, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control caused by third-party suppliers.

9. Event Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to event arrangements when necessary due to venue restrictions, weather conditions, vendor availability, safety requirements, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Any significant changes will be communicated to the client as soon as reasonably possible.

10. Weather and Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Heavy rain, storms, or extreme weather

  • Fire

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or civil disturbances

  • Power failures

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Acts of God or other unforeseen circumstances

Additional costs resulting from such circumstances may be payable by the client where applicable.

11. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information and instructions.

  • Make payments on time.

  • Obtain necessary permissions where applicable.

  • Inform us about special requirements or restrictions in advance.

  • Ensure that guests and attendees follow applicable venue rules.

  • Take responsibility for personal belongings and valuables.

12. Damage to Property

The client may be responsible for costs arising from damage caused by the client, guests, attendees, or persons associated with the event to venue property, rented equipment, decorations, furniture, or other items.

13. Photography and Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, [Your Company Name] may use photographs or videos captured during an event for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.

If the client does not wish such content to be used, the client should notify us in writing before the event.

14. Personal Information

We may collect and use client information necessary for providing our services, processing bookings, communicating with clients, and managing events.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

15. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date. However, prices, packages, availability, images, and service details may change without prior notice.

Images shown on the website may be for illustration purposes and the final setup may vary depending on the venue, theme, availability, and other circumstances.

16. Intellectual Property
